A camp with one person spawns randomly with a Few Spot Appy
Another spawns with a Blanket Appy and a couple bad guys and another horse.
You can find a guy cleaning his horses hoof, he will be kicked in the head and killed regardless. Take the palomino

And the law that was hunting you is still on the map and you go up to them they'll retake pursuit

Bait a Herbivore, then Bait a Predator? That one is rather nerve racking. But just be super careful after you get the Herbivore(Don't kill anything!). Run around until you find a Black Bear, and bait that.
