Try loading an older save file but make sure its not too far back. That usually happens if you glitch a mission out. Try replaying American Distillation maybe?

You need to have a type of honor, if you’re practically 80% in low honor or right up in high honor you get the greatest ending

no guarantee you wont lose honor but honestly you can get it back easily just by greeting npcs and any of the other usual ways

safest place to do this would probably be van horn, if you consider having an entire town filled with armed men but no lawmen safe

they'll shoot you if you mess up but since there's no law there's not gonna be any bounty

Double actions fire quick but are less accurate and deal less damage
