Your horses probably would have died...or have gotten much older from age.
Theres also the part where you own the horses most likely, and have paperwork, and i dont know if arthur could have just given john permission to all his horses...I dont know if that worked that way back then or not...because maybe the stable wouldve thought that john actually stole the paperwork...not to mention his name too.
So honestly it makes a lot of sense.

No it was a different question, the stranger missions and random events, they occur when you are nearby, so when i do the instant travel i use cinematic and press space and screen goes black and then i am at the location i put my marker on, so does my horse physically speeds through the road ignoring everything or the game doesn't register it as me actually going near the event (since i do not go) and i can do it next time i actually pass there without instant travel mod

What happens when i use instant travel mod and on the road to my destination there is a random/strangers event happening? are they gone? do they spawn at all when i use the instant travel ?
