But like Ive literally been trying to look for this thing on multiple occations in between chapter 3 while trying to get the pelt for the satchel and now far after I finished the epilogue

I've heard lots of other people complaining about spawns being awful. And with all the other Shit Load of glitches with this game, I wouldn't be surprised. But... There is a few other places where Panthers spawn. Right near Lakay, and then near Pleasurance...(Whatever it's called).

I have used mod menus before and recently came back and had to reinstall the game. I installed the lates version of scripthook from dev website which supports the latest version of the game, additionally the rampage mod menu. However, when i enter rdr2 i get into the game itself but nothing surrounding scripts seems to work. Im suspecting that the scripthook might not be loading with the game.
