1. Be freaking patient as game forces you to do things like tutorial. There is a reason.

2. Wait till free roam and get every last trinket and talisman from NA.

3. There's 3 different questlines that only activate now. They're not intuitive or obvious. See if you can find.

the game is working but the thing is,menus,actions [greeting or beating,robbing,examening] stops working i cant use them. The satchel menu [B] also doesnt work,i have lowered my settings and the thing continues,i havent been missing textures because i changed the API from vulkan to directx12,im currently in a 16 gb ram pc

according to datamined information on horse temperament, the coding for horses' fear reactions are all the same. there are no discriminators for horse breed, horse class, or horse size. the only things that determine fear reactions are proximity to danger, duration in proximity to danger, type of danger (ex: gunshots, predators), calming, and bonding level. as a tip: make sure you are calming your horse if it is agitated or if you anticipate they'll become agitated. to calm, make sure you are holding down on the calm button - not spam clicking it.

TL;DR: every horse has the same temperament.

Can't post the link to it here but here's the Short version

The Quest will trigger anytime from the moment you reach Horseshoe Overlook till you rescue Sean.

For it to appear, Pearson must be behind that table with the stew pot and whistling and having a beer bottle in the hand. Typically this is between 10 am to 1 pm in-game.

Arthur has to be underweight. BUT and this is definitively proven that his cores DO NOT repeat DO NOT MATTER!!! More on this below.

Kieran's Mission "Paying a Social Call" should not have appeared on the map yet. Or if it has, you have to complete it. The reason is from the GTA Forums. There is a R* script for side missions that checks a certain radius from the Quest giver to see if any plot missions are around. It won't trigger if they exist. (Apparently such is the case with GTA as well.)

If you have completed Kieran's mission then two new plot missions Dutch's mission "A quiet time" as well as Mary Linton's letter will appear on the map. Both apparently are outside the script's radius.

Completing Sean's rescue mission will lock this quest out. I repeatedly tested for 7 IRL days after rescuing him and 15 In-Game Days. The Quest will NOT appear. I even cleared out Buffalo hunting with Charles which was another side quest in the radius after rescuing him.

The Bunny required can be 1 or 2 Star. For all I know you could kill it with a shotgun and it will still work. Just don't skin it, give it whole.

I usually either mark the nose, or the eye, depends on the animal I am hunting. But, there is some accuracy involved, remember that. Have you cleaned the Varmint rifle recently?

someone told me all horses behave the same around predators but i'm around a bunch of alligators right now and my tennessee walker is continually freaking out while the andalusian temporary horse is not

it's nervous but it doesn't keep running away like the tennessee walker

like war horses will be much more brave around predators than let’s say race horses

and it also depends on the level of companion ship
