after certain missions, when the game goes all cinematic and Arthur is monologuing, honor affects dialogue. I think this happens from chapter 3 onwards.
for example: A Short Walk in a Pretty Town
(high honor): he was like an annoying little brother to me. what fun we had riding together.
(low honor): Sean got killed, his head shot half off in an ambush. still no gold.
and also the buck vs coyote cinematics (I feel like the coyote is way cooler tho)

the discounts are pretty much only useful in chapter 2 or if you want to play the game limiting yourself (which is really fun actually)

pretty sure chapter 2 has a maximum honor anyway though

I finished it with low honor but when I replayed the last mission (before epilogue) with high honor it felt better

there's also stuff like the Edith Downes side mission that only trigger with high honor. or talking to the Nun at the train station, it makes replaying the game really good if you played low honor. also you probably forgot a lot of the early chapters too

first time I played I literally didn't know Sadie was found in chapter 1 until she brought it up in chapter 6

but anyway honor mostly doesn't matter, all of these things can be found on youtube in under 30 minutes

Most people you've asked are not that smart, I guess. I used a Red Arabian for awhile. Meh, I switch to using other breeds. Used, a Andalusian for a long time as Arthur. When I went to the Epilogue I used Buell and then a Turkoman.

But, Heck, like I just said, a few stat points really don't mean diddly, Pick a horse for looks.

because people hear "best" and think of the highest stats. yes the rose gray bay arabian is technically the best in terms of speed but you might like the size of a war horse or the coat of a special wild horse more. I hate how the rose gray looks so I just use other coats. stamina doesnt even matter since any breed can be maintained easily at bonding 4. at least the silver mft is unique in its appearence I guess, but I much prefer a horse with a coat like the red chestnut or even buell. the gold turkoman looks so nice too

At Binding 3/4, you get an ability that heals your stamina some % every like 20-30 seconds, when you Calm your horse. So, having a high Stamina stat isn't that big of deal.

Okay for those, try to get to the nearest Railroad Track. You'll find that going on a Road, that other travelers seem to intentionally get in your way, and it's quite easy to hit them and get knocked off your horse(Instant fail).

So, race to the nearest Railroad track, and then follow that as much as you can to where you need to go.

Greeting 3 people gives you the +honor symbol and doing so for a long time will give you a HUGE honor boost especially when you're in chapter 6. I was told that Arthur gets most honor points for single actions in this chapter.

I thought he was unconscious so i put him on my horse and was taking him to the doctor

Guess he was dead and people thought i was the murderer cuz i had the entirety of Saint Denis after me

I shot each of the raiders and when I got to the woman to untie her

I accidentally pressed the button instead of holding it and by that I kicked her in the head and she died

"Turn off motion blur unless you like the console affect... then go into nvidia control panel settings program for rdr2, modify the "sharpen" and "ignore film grain" settings under image sharpening... Less is more. TAA is fine leave it on. This is what worked for me!"

I honestly feel like it's a must have and should have been implemented in the game by rockstar themselves
(ignore if you have DLSS supported card)

• Ped Damage Overhaul
  makes fights with NPCs more realistic

• Open all interiors
  you can access all locked up places (could be a bit buggy in some places)

• Bank Robberies
  you can rob banks normally now and don't need a mission of bank robbery to rob a bank

• Scripthook V2
  manages mods n scripts

• Ambient Gang
  When gangs of outlaws cross paths they'll start a fight

• Seats
  a lot of the seats u can't actually sit on so use this

• Dynamic Seasons
  seasons will change overtime (4 seasons in total)

• Cut dialogue restoration and enhancement
  uses the dialogues rockstar made but didn't add into final game

Those are a lot of them just the ones that peak ur fancy
