Nobody really treated him right which is understandable I guess because he was from a rival gang but he seemed like a decent person at the very least

I found a way to have 2 Bolt Action Rifles

So do Preaching Forgiveness As He Went BEFORE Advertising The New American Art

During the Advertising mission, pick up a bolt action rifle that the Lemoyne Raiders drop

After finishing the mission, go straight to Arthur’s tent, specifically the gun locker, store the equipped bolt action on your horse, and you now have 2

If you also pick up a Repeating Carbine during the mission, you may be able to obtain 2 as well

I personally use the raven shire I named Matthew (after Hosea) as Arthur's main horse, and the Tenesee Walker from Colter I named David (after Davey)

in the Epilogue, I usually just spawn a Tenesee Walker that looks exactly like David and pretend he survived

with Arthur, I use Matthew as his primary horse and David as his secondary

for John, I have his main horse be Morgan (a white Arabian), and I let him have David, as well as his horse Rachel, and I also have him use Beull

I always do the first 3 Hamish missions as Arthur, and the final one as John
