My main thing is that she cheated. Instead of sitting down with Peter, who had a bit of an ego being Spider-Man, and having an adult conversation that she was lonely and hurting, she did everything else.

They could have both benefited. If you want a real, adult relationship, you have those hard talks. You work through it, or you don't. They ignored it, and it didn't work for them. You don't hang out with his best friend, especially if you know you're emotional at that point.

She is also a damsel. I know it is cool for superheroes to save people and be the knight in shining armor, but she could have done something besides scream.
