ive had this game for years, and never got far. the beginning is slow... so i pick it back up today, determined to get out of the intro. i do this 25 minute mission, i have to ride exceptionally slow while listening to people talk, get through this big battle with the driscolls, loot everyone... then im supposed to chase this guy with my lasso. i get my lasso out, horse wont run, 5 seconds later "mission failed".. and sets me back 25 minutes, way back at camp, before the battle

If you see a boat at all, try going in that and rowing close to the center of the fish on the map, a bit closer to the crown, I find it easier catching it in the boat than trying to do it on the tracks or on the small island
