Eliza and Issac were originally suppose to be in the gang, Eliza at 19 and Issac as a baby, and Issac was suppose to die in the snow storm. Rockstar decided this was too dark so they moved Eliza and Issac back a few years so they lived elsewhere, killing them off and keeping her dead at 19 and changing Issac around so he grew up to a 3-4 year old kid that Arthur once took fishing as he mentioned with Jack, making Eliza 15-16 years old when Issac was born
