my opinion is i hate arthur because i think he's also a filler protagonist for john's story, plus the fact he does a lot of horrible things in the game such as telling thomas to sell his wife and kid for money, beating him nearly to death in front of him, threatening his wife and mocking his son afterwards, getting with a potentially underaged waitress (eliza and isaac), and just saying things he's against but then does himself.

like eliza and isaac got killed by robbers and murderers, which is what arthur is himself, and the fact that wasnt a wake up a call for him says a lot
