Yeah. Yet another game destroyed by developers changing things. It isn't even worth playing if you can only withdraw 4 sats every couple minutes. You get 3 sats every 30 seconds when you defeat a boss, and will accumulate more than you could ever withdraw. Why can't they do what they do for BTC miner and Idle Mine and let you withdraw a full daily set amount that resets?

It is really bad. The payout system increases by 4 sats every 3 minutes or so. During that time, you can kill at least 4 bosses, gaining you 12 sats in game. So your balance will increase 3x more than you can withdraw. I have 1k sats in the game that I will never be able to withdraw to the wallet. The new change completely destroyed the game payouts.

The amount you want withdraw is limited and incrementally grows "as you play". I am US based.

Immediately after the change I could withdraw 300 Sats. Then it started at 7 on day 2. Now every day it starts at 0 and grows by 4 every couple minutes.

Played alongside my friend this morning. They have the update, I have the old system. (both playing in UK) In the time it took me to hit the daily limit of about 70, they'd earned plenty but withdrawal limit was allowing only 10 sats. With such a massive amount of extra time needed, the tease of earning but the frustration of not being allowed to cash out, and a few more adverts to close for the same time without even cashing out a meaningful amount of sats, I think a lot of players will be giving up if it's not fixed.

Hello I have a bit of a problem with the game and I wanna make sure im not the only one with it. I basically just started playing the game an purchased the remove ads pass. But for some reason whenever i wanna add 5min of automerge I have to watch ads. Though from my understanding the remove ads pass should work in that way that i get the reward without having to watch an add, but even when i want to double my offline rewards i still have to watch an add. Its like i never purchased the remove add pass. Anyone else having the same problem?

I've been able to withdraw 460 sats since my game updated yesterday, but am still sitting on another 400 that aren't "available" yet. They definitely need to take a look at how fast they become "available" for withdraw, otherwise everyone is going to end up with a ton of sats they can never withdraw.

Exactly. You get about 4 sats in game for every 1 you are able to withdraw. After a couple days I had accumulated like 1.5k sats that I will never be able to withdraw under the current system and just stopped playing. Very bad design (likely on ZBD's part- I've seen that they control the payout).

And icing on the cake this morning the game bugged out on me and there is no mention of ZBD or Satoshi anywhere in the game. Very sad because this was such a fun game to play.

just an FYI, if people are having issues on Merge Monsters at the moment, ZBD is recommending that you don't attempt to uninstall and reinstall the game at the moment. They're looking into the issue, and I'm hoping we'll be able to provide some fixes soon, but reinstalling might take you out of a current test you might be in, as ZBD is AB testing new SATs earning methods on Merge Monsters at the moment.

It would be different if the available to withdraw ticked up whether or not you are currently playing, but as it stands now, you'll continue to have more and more sats that you'll never withdraw.

Why didn't they announce that they were doing testing? That is very disappointing - I would not have reinstalled the game (thinking it was broken)! ZBD should have consulted with a statistician when they set up the experiment. It was not well planned. The experimental arm I was assigned to was atrocious, and it shouldn't have even been considered as a potential change to the payout structure. Side note- thanks @atomic pawn for all your hard work and help.

The problem is ZBD is the one who handles the Sats for this one and Fumb isn't involved.

ZBD started running their own tests and unfortunately they didn't give Fumb any notice and the error message is just programmed in and would require an update to change. They wouldn't get the update out before it's fixed on the ZBD side.

Except you still have to have playtime to "earn" the ability to withdraw your sats from the bosses, at a rate that is far outpaced by the sats gained from bosses.

For example:

On the plus side, in my testing, it doesn't seem like there is a daily limit outside the number of hours in a day you can actually play.

Or, at the very least, it's higher than the 330 limit of Bitcoin Miner and Idle Mine.
