Well the in game email is broke because people like yourself send more than one email to it , but go to the #🔍help-desk and do a ticket there and they will get you fixed up when they can get to it. They work Monday through Friday normal UK hours.

To help not get the error 30 after they get it fixed for you don't open the app and cashout right away, and don't close the app right away after cashoing out. Play for a few minutes before and after to allow the servers to resync.

Wishing for the blessing of bigger payouts than 330 Satoshi daily, that really would surprise people how little that actually is for a crypto mining game. Also fix this games data compression and issues with older phone models. It says compatible with Android 10 and it is but it loads sooo slowly... Even with an 8 GB root swap for the extra virtual memory on top of my phones internal RAM and processor.

No one forces you to seel the sats for their current value. They don't have to give you anything for playing the games, 330 sats is only thr those in the states some places limit can be as low as 1 sat per day. New York State residents can't get sats at all.

Lol 121 sats is only .10 cents Also this game gives you more than enough in game stuff to never really need to pay to play it but it does increase the speed of things... Though considering you would reach max sats withdraw daily after a certain point it would be worth while to then reinvest it in a cloud miner. With that said sucks you live in a state that regulates it like that 🤷

im not sure, i have a galaxy s20+ , tapping for coins does not do it and it fine. It just trying to tap anything else, doesnt always work, you can see the "button" depress but the game doesnt register it. Any of the power ups on the coins can take 20 or more quick taps to register that it was tapped. really annoying and making me not want to play

Error 30 occurs when the SATs in your game have become out of sync with the SATs on our server. Eventually, earning enough SATs will fix the syncing issue, but it will still be broken on the server side. To fix this so it stops reoccurring, you'll need to create a ticket.

So daily Satoshi drops are completely eliminated? I created a ticket where support asked if I recently reinstalled the app or moved to a new device. I responded I didn't do either of these things and didn't get a response back, only to find out now they deleted my ticket. So we don't get any daily Satoshi drops but have to deal with watching constant ads and now essentially get nothing out of it?

The daily drop is like a shop keeper standing at the door handing out cash and you not actually going into the store.

There are some tests happening with alternative ways of earning where you actually need to interact with the game. Read 3rd and 4th messages in pins.

BTW I can earn 5 or 6 x the daily drop in a day. Just need to keep playing and play longer

No, no, and no. It's an extra event that's being tested. I actually think the plan is that it will run alongside the other events once it's been fully tested, so will be a third event on top of the pre-existing ones.. Piggy Jr will stay as far as I'm aware. The SATs replacement for the daily log-in (which was a feature that only 6% of players had access to btw) will be the mini-missions SATs rewards

And yeah, rewards are not final, it's still being tested.

zbd app doesn’t have a camera feature and scanning it with my normal camera brings me to the app store

Some things you can try:

1. Please try closing the game, changing from wifi to mobile data (or vice versa), and then reopening the game again. If that doesn't work repeat the steps but with airplane mode instead of swapping the connection. You can also try restarting the device, or your internet router.

2. Double check your ZBD wallet isn't full. Sometimes a full wallet will throw this error, and you won't be able to transfer until you make space.

3. Log into ZBD, and make sure it's not asking you to accept new terms of service. This can sometimes block you if you haven't accepted new terms.

4. If both of these fail, it could be a wider issue. Check to see if anybody else is reporting it in #🌕bitcoin-miner, or #👷idle-mine. If it is being reported already, try withdrawing again in a couple of hours. If not, reach out here: #🔍help-desk and we'll forward it to the devs.

ok your early in the game so you will improve fast as you get those things built up.

check your managers and as you get them all set them like this for a great set up this is how Kryten and I have ours.

That is top row to the bottom, if you don't have them all you can just fill them in there as you get them.

Then as we tell everyone sell every 4 hours or as often as you can.
