I’ve read the pin. If you’re worried about player retention, not addressing support tickets regarding recurring withdrawal issues is not going to help. Up until recently when withdrawals were suddenly stopped, I played every day (my streak was almost a year long before that feature quietly got the axe) and I played the weekly and weekend events.

But at this point, it sounds like financial problems are brewing. First I started getting cash out errors every second or third time I tried (which never used to happen) and I would get explanations or excuses, maybe to stall for time. Then suddenly a few days ago, nothing but errors and support abruptly went radio silent. So I’m left to assume that the real reason I can’t withdraw my sats is because they might have already been sacrificed to help keep the lights on.

So you’ve lost this player’s retention when you denied me of my sats. And that’s a shame. I liked the app.

Can we reduce the cooldown on resets from 4 hours to something like 2 hours to compensate? The half hour to 4 hours was a big jump. I liked the app and I’m kind of disgusted with whoever is in charge or whoever allowed it to quickly get this bad.

Hopefully you’re right, but I’ll believe it when I see it. Right now I have no confidence in the app. I knew something was wrong a month or two ago when I kept getting errors every second or third time I would try to cash out. Then I’d have to submit a ticket. In a day or two I would receive a support email explaining that it was a bug and it had been fixed so it wouldn’t happen again. Then the next time I tried to cash out I’d get the same error. That kept repeating for a while until a week or so ago support stopped answering tickets.

At first I could see that it was just a way to delay payouts and buy time. And I assume about a week or so ago delays weren’t enough anymore, so cash outs stopped (at least for some) and support went quiet. It’s a shame.

I’ll check back in on things periodically, but I can’t waste anymore time on an app that isn’t paying out when there are several other apps that ARE paying out and are having none of these other issues.

I learned enough to know that most customers don’t expect to help themselves to a pot of money, but they do expect to not be ignored. It costs nothing to be attentive to the customer standing at the counter, to pick up the phone when they call or type a reply when they email.

I used it as instructed by the in-app process. Besides, the developers (if they know what they’re doing) can prevent the user from misusing the feature. But at this point I’m not even sure the in-app support feature is working at all, in other words, the ticket may not be getting to support. It may not even be getting generated in the first place.

Why do I think this is a possibility? I haven’t really been using the app since I’ve been denied a cash out for the past several days. Well, I just checked in a few minutes ago to play the weekend rocket event, and wow. It’s barely playable. If you want to watch an ad to get 2x for 5 minutes or any other ad generated feature, if the ad ever finally loads, (it may take 30 seconds to 1 minute to load, a few times it never did) after watching the ad you don’t even get credit for it.

At any rate, the users are not the issue with the situation. I’m not being impatient or rude or bothersome. There are serious problems with the app. The problems started a few weeks ago and I have witnessed them get increasingly worse since then.

I’m voicing my complaints here in order to inform those responsible for the app so that things can hopefully be corrected, because I’ve enjoyed the app until recently.

Do that until your GPU's are between 1500k and 2000k. Then go ofline come back every 2 hours or so and collect the offline income for the event until it is finished. At worst I finsh the 2nd day when I get up.

Thank you. I ultimately ended up uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game. I don't know why but this seems to happen every 3 or 4 days.

In regards to being able to withdraw the complete 330 SATs I don't cash out everyday and may only have 200 SATs collected but when I cash out it would just give me a portion of that amount which is severely under the 330.

I really enjoy this game and I was one of the first crypto games I played and I've been actively playing it for over a year daily.

It's just quite a hassle to have to keep contacting discord or support just to cash out all the time.

I guess I thought the point of the daily streak was to incentivize me to come to the game. From what I’ve learned, Fumb was only offering this feature to a limited number of players.

Fumb did the math and knew they would lose some people but 94% of their users weren’t getting the daily streak anyway.

The fact that they pulled down the point levels in the hunt and eliminated the daily streak without any alternative suggests they’re being pressured to up the profit margins quickly. Otherwise, they would have substituted alternative earnings at the same time as the removal.

There’s a lot of carefully worded language using “engagement” which is another way of saying getting more money out of the players beyond ad revenue.

Managed properly, the “testing” could have been accomplished before the removal of the SAT rewards for players who choose to grind daily. Since it didn’t, this feels rushed and reactionary to outside pressure, possibly from the investors who funded the game originally.

Hi, I have a question: Is it possible that if I have Plus activated because I saved Piggy Jr., it almost always helps me launch the weekend rocket? It's just a hypothesis, but I found it strange that I didn't save Piggy Jr. this week because I had the latest update, and therefore it was very difficult for me, and I couldn't launch the rocket. On all other occasions, I always completed both events; one made the other easier.

no it doesn't help with the Ricket even at all. In the pinned messages at the top of the channel there is a post in there that tells you how to do the events the easiest way possible.
