When you contact ZBD in the app, make sure to type "speak to agent", otherwise you'll just be thrown about by the very unhelpful bot.

I will be glad when Fumb does introduce new wallets, but all we know is that it'll be sometime in the new year. Until then, we're stuck with ZBD, and their support has really gone downhill in the past year.

For this particular game, if you are in the US, some users can cash out to Cash App, but it's only certain locations. Like Susie said, right now the only option is ZBD...then from ZBD you can withdraw to Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken or even use a Lightning Invoice. Oh, and several gift card options.

Nothing, I never go there. I had a "scammer" duplicate my account (several of us users get fakers fake our accounts) so maybe they just banned all users with my username and profile since they might not have known which one was the fake account.

So their app, doesn't like your IP (it could be routing from a bad location or an unsipported location). Or it thinks you are using a VPN.

Be honest...and make sure you are NOT using a VPN.

You can also find you IP trace to find out if somehow you are being routed through an unsupported country or similar.

The daily limit currently doesn't reset until you reach a cumulative amount.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

The developers set limits based on ad revenue generated by the various regions. If they allowed unlimited withdraw the company would go bankrupt, like many of the studios who have been with Mee6. Its a game that pays you a share of ad revenue. Company cant just give every cent away and stay in business.

Like @steep cedar said, it’s likely the many different IPs and the use of VPNs. Never ever use VPNs with FUMB or ZBD apps/games in the future. Also, don’t try to play the games on multiple devices at the same time.

I’m not a regular traveler so I don’t know or understand the need for VPNs while traveling. I think @steep cedar can speak to you much better about that as he does travel several times a year.

My point was, turn off your VPN while playing FUMB games and while using any ZBD apps. The both program their apps to detect that…and as you can see it will affect your account access.

Some people even get banned for it.

As regards creating a new account. No idea if that will land you in more trouble or not.

As regards travelling. By all means play the game. But don’t try to withdraw. That will end up with either ZBD or Fumbs security being alerted as you have found out

I think they may have blocked your account for good. If you open a new ZBD account, they will freeze your wallet until you do KYC to unlock it. That's if they don't pick up on your old account first.

I had the same message at the end of Nov this year. I wrote to them and finally they got back to me to say I had violated more than one of their Terms of Service and that my account is now closed for good. I know I never did as I never used a VPN ever or do anything else to violate their Terms of Service. Goodness knows to this day why they decided to close my account.

Now that I think of it I didn’t even open the ZBD app that often while traveling…

But maybe those few times were too much.

I probably could’ve avoided this by just logging out of ZBD and not using the app at all. I could’ve sent the sats in from the games as usual and then logged in at home again.

I couldn’t imagine that this would be any problem for the ZBD. I didn’t withdraw anything from my ZBD account anyways.

Actually this whole conversation is in the wrong place bc there never was any problem with fumb and btc miner. ZBD seems to be the problem always. Even last summer they never answered when there was a technical issue with verification. I was helped here by a fellow player.

I just opened the app a few times to check the balance since the new EU rules come into play 1.1.2026 and those concerned should verify their accounts again in some way.

But no need or possibility for me to do that now 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Just remember, when you open these apps, they ping their servers. They have to get updates. So it likely wasn’t because you did or didn’t withdraw anything. It was simply because you opened the app(s).

And if you opened them while on a VPN, that was likely sent to then and you got flagged.
