The daily limit currently doesn't reset until you reach a cumulative amount.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

You are doing very well considering you are new to the game. You need to keep selling your GPU's (top right of the screen) and then unlock each row of each mine of each location and repeat this every 4 hours. Then you will increase the amount of money you earn. The more you sell the GPU's, the more the amount increases each time. Also use your nodes to upgrade certain Super Upgrades that will increase the income you get.
