Were you both using the same Wi-Fi connection? From other groups I chat in, it was picked up that when two or more people were using the same connection to use ZBD, the IP Address were blocked and they received the same message you just posted. I don't have a clue how ZBD operate their security. You may need to log a support ticket directly with ZBD to check on your account.

It seems that way. They pick up that there are two different accounts through one IP Address and assume it may be someone having two accounts. However, I stand to be corrected. That's why it would be best to check with their support directly. I have seen many other complain about this exact same issue.

Guys, for the shuttle event, I have two interogations :

1. Is it useful to sell the portfolio in order to increase GPU ? I think it is but Its possible to sell very quickly and I dont know if their is an optimal frequency. In the standar game we have a cooldown so we cannot do the operation untill 4 hours are gone, but in the shuttle event I can sell after a few minutes again.

2. I bought one development called "Rocket funding" but I dont know what it is made for ?
   Is it interesting to buy this at the begining or is it more something you need at the end for the shuttle take off ?
   At this time I never could complete more than 7 level

Any advice will be a present 🙂

Simple pattern - activate the x2 and power surge, tap away, keep reactivating power surge as soon as I can, keep going until the x2 boost runs out. By that point the level up bar has filled up - sell portfolio, THEN claim level up, use that money to apply coin speed, tapping and coin value upgrades,

Repeat process

Typically get to L6 before needing to reactivate the x2 boost to hit the level up bar.

But yeah, selling only when reaching the level up bar, then using that money reward to perform upgrades and general coin upgrades on the tower etc…

Unlocking rows 2,4,6,8,10 are the quickest ways to earn sats consistently. Selling portfolio for gpu’s allows you to unlock those rows again for more sats

There is no idle way to earn Sats. Right now the only ways are:

Unlocking even numbered rows
Midweek and weekend events
Click Sats on top of the coins
Sat Hunt in the shop
Occasionally daily reward

All require you to be actively playing the game.

Upgrading increases gold revenue allowing you to open more rows and getting more GPU (box in top right). Every 4 hours you sell portfolio and get more GPU which means you start again opening rows and earning sats. But this time the coin value has increased because your GPU is higher. Which means you open rows faster and can then when you have at least 5x the value of new location you can buy more locations and open more rows
