In your phone settings, go under apps, scroll to zbd. You need to turn on camera in order to take pics of your id. Don’t forget to turn off access to camera afterwards. It’s an iOS specific issue

Problem with this new update today - I only just updated last week, and again today was forced to make another update. This time the sats I’ve earned are disappearing each time I go back in.
I had 33 after having withdrawn 300 today. Then I went back in and it said 24. Took a screenshot. Then I just went back in and it has sunk to 9… (took another screenshot) what is going on?
Now it says 18 after I collected some sats in the shop. Took another screenshot because something is up 😠
(Im using iPhone 13 max, btw).

If it’s related to the new update, it’s best for everyone with that issue to let support know. It helps them look at the various data points(iOS or android version, percentage of players with same issue, etc). Sometimes the stars have to align just right for the glitch to happen, other times it’s just a glitch no matter what 🤷‍♀️

I tried this and it seems to have worked!! Thank you Brett🥰 I want to also let @fierce scroll know as the ticket submission would have taken ages.
I might have lost my daily streak (411 days of daily signing in for that) because of the game not saving progress every time the app closes on this new update. I am now 13 or 14 hours behind on the rocket game. However, Brett’s suggestion of turning off game notifications helped my game start saving progress again… there is def something wonky with this last update…
And turning off notifications seems to be the magic fix I was looking for yesterday.

Anybody with this update issue (game not saving progress) should try turning off game notifications while you’re waiting for that support ticket.

If you’re speaking of regular game, (and not special events like rocket and piggy jr) then you will keep selling your portfolio for higher GPUs until you can buy the next mine in the world map.

Nodes can accumulate from tapping floating red nodes on top of coins, getting 15 of them by watching floating ad boxes, or purchasing in the ad store.

Also some people claim to get lots of nodes from the mid-week event

With the game running in the background, I turned off notifications, played for a bit, then closed the app. When I reopened it, my recent progress was preserved!
I'm not sure why the notification settings made a difference, but I'll keep an eye on it for a while.

Please try offloading your app. To do this. Go to Settings and then on the sidebar click General. Depending on your exact device, click the relevant Storage option. Scroll through the list, and then click Bitcoin Miner or Idle Mine depending on which game you're playing, and then click Offload App. (please reinstall the app from the same screen - going back to the store to reinstall could potentially overwrite your save!)

The more rows you have open, the more likely you will see nodes on top of coins, as well as the boosters.

Also, coins with gifts on sometimes have nodes.

Plus events like the midweek Piggy event.

I usually get 5-10 in 5 minutes of play.

At the bottom, once all rows are open, you see a map button (it's also a globe on the top left) that enables you to open more mining sites, using GPUs. Then you can open rows on each of those, too. But don't open the next site until you can open all the rows on the previous site.

Also make sure to regularly do upgrades (the three up arrows; an exclamation mark says that there's upgrades available).

Then you will gradually start to get more nodes. With Nakamoto you have autocollect, which helps a lot when you have more upgrades, too.

Checking out the tips and tricks will help, too.

I tend to collect about 600 nodes over the course of 4 days. That’s from mission completion and floating ones

I play 5 minutes every two hours, depending on how much time I have. So I get two sets of upgrades done before selling GPUs.

With the rocket, the first two times requires 10-15 minutes to max all rows. But, because I play it slow, I just now need one more log in to get the rocket sent. It gets done, just not rushed. And leaving two hours between plays, it means that offline income and rocket PPUs have a chance to build.

Aside from the pickaxe super upgrade, the x12 boost multiplier is the only thing worth the nodes.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.
