You'd be surprised to be fair. The reason we run the events is because of the large revenue spikes we get from them. Adding events was one of the best things we did in terms of the game being healthier and more sustainable.

Some people like just completing the events, and aren't as bothered about profit and the amount they put into it

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

The bottom line is: If ZBD asks you to do KYC with ID and Selfie - do it. They will lock your wallet until you do what they ask. You can still receive Sats from games and view your balance etc, but you will not be able to transfer them to any other lightning address or exchange wallet. They also randomly select people to submit KYC. I was asked at the beginning of September, I submitted and all is well again with my ZBD account and wallet.

Oh dear! You will need to contact ZBD support. Also, check your wallet to see if there may be a hold on it. When you go into your ZBD app and then to wallet, you can see your Sats Balance. If you have a Yellow Bitcoin next to the balance (on the left, then all is good with the wallet) if there is a different colour coin next to your balance, you need to take some action. If your wallet is still active and working, then there is another issue of why your Sats are not adding.

The best way I can explain it is...if you cash out 250 today then not play for 2 days, it doesn't reset back to 330 "every 24 hours". You'll only be able to cash out 80 more sats (which reaches the 330 limit)...then the 24 hour "cool down" period starts.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.
