About the withdrawal limit per country, when you guys lower the withdrawal limit in countries where players already don’t earn much, you actually discourage them from playing even more. On the other hand, by raising the limit in countries with higher withdrawals, you encourage new players to join there. This creates an artificial selection where the regions with higher limits will keep growing, while those with lower limits will keep shrinking.

I used to play every day, but with the withdrawal limit in Brazil being only 25, I stopped. Many of my friends did the same. Your logic simply doesn’t make sense.

The value of Bitcoin is not related to the withdrawal limit per country. I already received a response from support stating that the withdrawal limit is based on country due to disparities in earnings.

However, by increasing withdrawal limits in certain countries, you create an artificial selection where more players are attracted to those regions. On the other hand, when you lower withdrawal limits in countries with fewer players, you further discourage new players from joining. With this logic, you are essentially deciding which countries will have more players.

The value of Bitcoin is in fiat currencies, most notably USD, and fiat currencies have different values against each other. 1 USD will buy more Bitcoin than 1 Rupee will buy.

Let’s say they earn $100 in your country and $500 in another(actual money from people buying items in the store), you think that both countries should have the same withdrawal limits? Do you understand how that could actually hurt the company more? Because it would mean the company would have to lower the limits in the second country to increase the limits in the first country(that means the second country that pays more would think twice about spending that-with the butterfly effect, it would decrease the limits in both countries because of more lost revenue)

I’m not saying the limits need to be identical across all countries. What I’m pointing out is that lowering the withdrawal limit in countries with less revenue actually makes the problem worse (25 in Brazil is crazy, no point to continuing playing), because it discourages existing players and pushes away new ones. That leads to even less revenue over time. A more balanced approach would be to maintain reasonable limits everywhere, so players in lower–revenue countries stay motivated to play and spend, instead of abandoning the game altogether.

The daily limit doesn't reset until you reach a cumulative amount.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

Please check the list in ⁠#🌎supported-countries for the limit for your location.

We're working on a new withdrawal system to improve this, and we're hoping we can bring it to you all soon.

I'm not, and neither are the vast majority of people getting this message in both apps. I don't even have a VPN installed on my phone. This morning in Bitcoin Miner I was able to withdraw just fine over 5G but Idle Mine gave me the VPN message.

It's practically random.

Can’t find my screenshots of the first row unlock prices. But first row of second map is around 980A-if your tap value is under 50t, it will take a long time to unlock that row. A few different things affect your tap value-gpu’s, x12 multipliers, super pickaxe, etc. As a general rough rule, if you can get the last row on the previous map upgraded to 50, then you should be able to unlock the first row on the new map with a little bit of work

Although how that works if you go on holiday and keep playing, that might negate that thought. But still not worth the risk.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

I had that a few times reach out to the help desk. Temporary solution is turning your wifi and mobile data off open the game and let the game fun for a minute then close the game completely out. Then turn your wifi and mobile back on.

Already did all that - not the first time this has happened. Just frustrating because I only had the last level left, which is of course the most 'expensive', and zero income overnight. It always seems to happen in this level and overnight. No point in reaching out to thr help desk at this point. With response time this event will already be over 😞

Ugh....thats an annoying bug. Its an issue where the game cant connect to the cloud server.

You just have to keep restarting and hope it makes a solid connection.

You can also try and !offload

Please try offloading your app. To do this. Go to Settings and then on the sidebar click General. Depending on your exact device, click the relevant Storage option. Scroll through the list, and then click Bitcoin Miner or Idle Mine depending on which game you're playing, and then click Offload App. (please reinstall the app from the same screen - going back to the store to reinstall could potentially overwrite your save!)
