Hi, I've been playing the minor game for quite a while now and one thing I can't understand is even when I hit the daily Miner bonus every single day it says that I miss a day. I just got up to 9 days finally in a row and I've been watching it all day I've been checking it every few hours and low and behold suddenly it says that I have to start over at day one again. Ok, so what it seems to be is a cloud server that the game uses to save and sync data between the server and your phone not working properly.

The quick and simple version is you do something on your phone (watch an ad, earn gems, earn sats, etc) and your phone sends an update to the cloud server and then to the game server.

When you load the game your phone sends a check to the server and the server compares to what it had stored. When it's not the same it will either throw an error (Error 30 is the most common) or your game updates to what the server says.

The cloud server (Not something the game makers have any control over) either is not receiving an update from your phone (weak connection or it just didn't send an update before you closed) or it's not sending the update to the games server.

This results in a gap between when the last save occurred and where you actually were in game.

Short version: A cloud server beyond the game company's control is messing up and there isn't anything they can do.

There isn't anything we can do to fix the issue other than recommend you don't close the game and continue to play for 3-5 minutes after earning Sats, withdrawing, or watching ads for rewards to make sure the issue doesn't happen

Emails has 40k and it’s a small support team. Multiple emails isn’t necessary. Support is normally 3-5 business days. Error 30 is a syncing issue. Sometimes it fixes itself while you are playing. Playing for an extra 10 minutes after a withdrawal might prevent the error in future. #🔍help-desk-old is usually quicker since support doesn’t have to search through multiple emails

Until it's rebalanced those without all the buffs will suffer. My gal is behind me playing this game and I gave hers a try. She has next to no items yet. It took 8 sessions all over 2hours each to max out satoshis for the first time and without challenges the progression is very slow. Those who have all the items already don't know how good you gave it. After seeing hers comparatively I feel bad for those out there that didn't get the jump like some.

Mines 1-4 will be easily controlled if you upgrade the first all the way and let it sit and only purchase next mine spot when you have enough to upgrade to the max and so on and so forth. The artifact and goblin multipliers may be enough to purchase everything at once but not all the time

The more you mess with the multipliers and artifacts, the better you will gauge your understanding of when to buy and save up

No worries! I found skipping to the last mine to try and get bigger payouts slow your progress in that mine down a lot

So for example if you have 5 mine spots and you max out 1 and 2 don’t go to spot 5 the duration and the amount needed to upgrade to make it worth any profits is very troubling

Cause you limit the chance of goblin going to get lower profits

That’s why mines 5 and 6 take forever cause goblin be getting B profits while your other miners get the bigger payouts when you need to save up to E or F

I’m trying to experiment not buying as many miners in 5 and 6 to see if goblin can get better chances of grabbing bigger payouts more often

yea the gear can give you speed and profit boosts, instant mining, and i think a few other things. you just have to get like a few mines a day and you’ll be good. right now im level 19 i think and can get about 1200 meters if i just let it run in the background and check it every now and then. i think finishing 1200 meters gets you like 400 sats
