Try this then,
Close the app and swipe it away from your tabs menu - switch from WiFi to Mobile data - Switch to airplane mode for 30 secs then turn it back off - reopen the app and try it again, if that doesn't work try to just turn on airplane mode and reopen the app and let it load to where it shows you being offline under your SATs - then toggle between WiFi and Mobile and it should work.

I just did the last one and it worked for me so i know the last part works you might have to do it a couple times but it will work.

The reason why it will only show 1 SATs for withdrawal is a known bug issue that the Dev's are working on trying to resolve.

The withdraw bug is causing issues and the devs are aware.

Currently the known fixes are listed below. Try each and see if it fixed the issue.

1. Swap from wifi to mobile and restart the game and try again.

2. Put your phone into airplane mode for 30 seconds, turn it off, and then load the game and try again.

3. Clear your cache (Android) or offload (Apple) and try again.

4. Restart your phone.

5. Close the game, turn on airplane mode, start the game, turn off airplane mode.

These may result in a visual change to your sats/genlm but it's just properly updating with the server. You did NOT lose anything, it just corrected itself visually.

If the above do not work please open a ticket in #🔍help-desk-old or send an email to [e-mail] with your player ID and the Devs will get back to you in 3-5 Business Days.

I think I'm on 2 days of 1 sat now. I've done those steps probably a dozen times now. I've had to do them in the past and they worked.

But as it stands now I am stuck at 1 sat withdrawal limit.

This is how I do it okay:
I turn off my WiFi and Mobile and turn on my airplane mode then I go in the App and let it load up then I turn off my airplane mode and turn on my WiFi or Mobile either one and it works fine and I can withdraw the initial 330 SATs.
What it is, it's just the initial loading with the WiFi or Mobile that triggers the 1 SAT bug that they can't seem to find the solution for.

I will try that and maybe I have my tinfoil hat on, but it almost seems like a feature not a bug. Maybe too many sats are going out compared to ad revenue in, so they need to bottleneck it. But that's almost the last step. I will try and see what happens.
