The timer won't reset until you hit the total even if it takes a few days.

IE: If your limit is 100 and you withdraw 95 on day one and nothing again until day three you will get 5 Sats on day 3 and the timer will trigger the 24 hour cooldown.

I emailed support after the 30 error. They got back to me after ~ 1 week and I was able to withdraw again. The 30 error happens when sats are transferred, but aren't subtracted from your account due to a bug. While you're waiting on support, new sats aren't locked up, so if you earn enough extra, then you can still withdraw

I highly unadvise anyone to clear the data. I did that, and I went from 351 sats to 205 sats and not having gobby active anymore and lost multiple levels. Went from level 21 in the app to level 6.

Depending on where the cell tower is your phone is pinging from. This also goes for wifi and mobile data. Let's say the server your ISP is retrieving internet from maybe in a restricted area. Also the same for mobile cell tower

Get ahold of your mobile phone provider and ask them to reset your cell tower location. I hope this hekps

Currently the known fixes are listed below. Try each and see if it fixed the issue.

1. Swap from wifi to mobile and restart the game and try again.

2. Put your phone into airplane mode for 30 seconds, turn it off, and then load the game and try again.

3. Clear your cache (Android) or offload (Apple) and try again.

4. Restart your phone.

5. Close the game, turn on airplane mode, start the game, turn off airplane mode.

These may result in a visual change to your sats/genlm but it's just properly updating with the server. You did NOT lose anything, it just corrected itself visually.

If the above do not work please open a ticket in #🔍help-desk-old or send an email to [e-mail] with your player ID and the Devs will get back to you in 3-5 Business Days.

You can update the best items with the extra items that you have. The same with the badges. It helps ^^

The clothes only apply to "you" but legendary items will apply to all the miners.

Upgrade every clothing piece. You aren't punished for upgrading a piece and not waiting for a better piece. The XP all transfers.

Your best way to gain sats is the challenges and just keep upgrading the mines.

Continuing to cycle through the mines gets quicker as you improve clothes and also gains you Sats.

Spend gems on Gobby. He makes a huge difference!

@abstract jolt I have the same issue, Make sure your sink your data, take a screenshot of how many coins you have. Then uninstall reinstall. When I do that it seems to reset the withdrawal after I re-sync with the game. But sometimes I lose some stats or diamonds That's why I say to take a screenshot prior. I hope this helps

So when you withdraw set an alarm for that time the following days. What I do is make sure my sats pool always says 700. So when you withdraw you have enough for the next day incase you get busy with something and can’t play that day. So if you have a large pool. Just take a mini-vacation from game, keep coming back to with draw, but when you get below 700 earn back up to that amount

This morning I started playing Idle Miner through my ZBD app. When I went to cash out a small amount it would not let me.
It acted like I did not even have a ZBD account. I tried several times.

Ad revenue differs from country to country, so does the amount of sats available for withdraw. In mine it's a 50 sats limit. There are people with 1 Sat limit and others with 0.

Yea lvl cap is 50, they had to nerf us a couple of months ago with withdrawing sats. But really just withdraw each day and keep only 350-700 in your pool, reason to play enough is getting sats. But yea I wonder about the gameplay loop myself I am almost 40 mine depths deep, I get almost 100-200 sats a day doing the timed Challenges alone (those are good to get a bunch of gear to upgrade with). I only really play ads for 5 min 2x boost in final upgrade in the final mine in the depth, cuz typically I would have 100F and they need 1.20G to upgrade.

The number of Sats that you see in the game don't actually become a currency until you request and are able to withdraw. Until then, it's just some numbers on a screen, lines of code and nothing else. So, Fumb has nothing to gain by stopping the withdrawals.

I don't know the specifics but I believe the game saves all the info, coded, on the players phone. Editing the save in any way resets your progress.

My guess is when the game takes the sats out the save doesn't get written properly and next time they load the sats aren't correct vs the server and it throws the error.

The challenges are on the right side under the shop. It's the Trophy 🏆 symbol, there is three challenges - Easy - Medium - Hard. They range in different amounts that you can earn, after you clear them you can spend 10 gems 💎 and do them again and get a different amount to collect again.

Once you are far enough along it doesn't really benefit you. Early on, while you may not earn the value of it, you will progress to the end game where hitting the withdraw limit is easy to achieve without it.

It resets when you've withdrawn the 350th sat. Whether that takes 1 day or 3 +

The daily limit doesn't reset until you reach a cumulative amount.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three e days you will only get 1 on that next day and trigger a 24 hour timer.

The withdraw bug is causing issues and the devs are aware.

Currently the known fixes are.

1. Swap from wifi to mobile and restart the game and try again.

2. Put your phone into airplane mode for 30 seconds l, turn it off, and then load the game and try again.

3. Clear your cache (Android) or offload (Apple) and try again.

4. Restart your phone.

If the above do not work please open a ticket in discord or send an email to [e-mail] with your player ID and the Devs will get back to you in 3-5 Business Daysml.

It's a temporary fix, since it's a temporary issue.
And you would be surprised at the amount of people who has issues for way longer and don't follow instructions. It's normal to ask.
