I have sent emails to support and only been able to redeem once in the last 2 weeks.

This is a Fumb game and it doesn't happen in Bitcoin Miner, which should be using the same tech to redeem.

My experience has been the opposite XD, it's been getting slower each time. The first few I ripped right through. By looping though, do you mean going back to the older mines?

You can try putting your device in airplane mode for 30-45 seconds and turn it off and restart the app. See if that'll work for you.

It'll push you through to the next digsite after you complete all challenges of that stage. After you complete the last stage, it'll start you back over at the beginning with an increased mine depth every time you loop through all the dig sites.

I think it's your level and mine depth that work as a multiplier of sorts.

It shouldn't. But the speed you get through also depends on your miner level, his gear, and the upgrades you're using. I think scroll of discounts and Gobby is the thing to focus on upgrading that will definitely speed up your process

Question I have been noodling in my head for awhile…. Some of the mines have bonuses on the level list (like all profits +3%, walk faster, etc). Are those boosts just for that mine at that depth level, or are they permanent and accumulate as you move through? I am in depth 16 and level 40, but can’t tell if that stuff stacks and stays (like your accessory bonuses), and the level bonuses do not show up in the overall bonuses when you click the “I” on the accessories page, which makes me think they are just temporary for that particular mine. Anyone know for sure?

Figured out my issue. I wasn't being active enough. I play while at work and had been locking my phone about about every 6 minute. Tweaked it to where the game lock android screen come up after a minute and that made a huge difference. Sat earnings on par with SpaceY at least.
