Evr since this update a fewish dayz ago on Idle Miner I haven’t been able to redeem anythng. I’ve been trying to redeem evryday but it just doesn’t give me any option to redeem to my ZBD. Error 30 means that the game is out of sync with the system, if you are using WiFi then turn it off and use Mobile data, if that doesn't work try closing the App and swiping it away from your tabs menu and turn on airplane mode for 30 secs then turn it back off then reopen the app and try it again, and if that doesn't work try restarting your phone. If the problem consist then open a Support Ticket for assistance here #🔍help-desk-old .

If you already have a ticket out then just wait for a response, it's in-between the Holidays so the staff is short handed atm. They don't work the weekends all the time, some comes on every so often to check on things. Just give it a bit longer ok.

Data Point for iOS = my daily cashout has been 0 since the last update. I tried toggling Airplane mode but it didn't help. I read above to force quit, turn off wifi and run with just cellular and it allowed me to cash out.

They had some issues with different type of devices on two of their games. I also had this problem with Bitcoin Miner and I was informed that the reason why it was no longer compatible with my device is that Moto G Pure was giving substantial issues with the software of the game for some reason. Maybe that's what is happening with yours.

Idler Miner doesn't generate offline income even though it's in the Artifacts menu, you earn more than enough SATs in game doing the challenges and clearing the mines to have enough to cash out every day.

The best thing to do is, upgrade Gobby as much as you can, upgrade the Discount Upgrades in Artifacts, Customer Walk Speed in Artifacts, Customer Tip in Artifacts, Time Bonus Ad Duration. An do all the Challenges that you can they respawn every 4 hours.

Got the new update and progress seems MUCH slower now. I also don't like that it forces the missions to alternate node upgrades and ones from the list. Before I could get list upgrades as soon as I could afford them even if that meant getting several in a row without screwing up mission order. It made the "flow" of game play a lot smoother for me to not click back and forth out of the menu. So not only does gameplay seem slower, but also more annoying. I can either do the missions in the exact order they want (and not buy anything it doesn't tell me to) or just try to intuit myself what the next cheapest thing will be when before I could do more of a hybrid of both.

As I said earlier, there's a difference between what you see on your phone and what the server thinks you have.

You need to do 3 things.

1. Log out/clear data (make sure cloud saves are enabled first)
2. Keep playing until it catches up
3. Raise a !ticket in case those don't work as these take 3-5 working days.
