There's transfer fees but that's only when you move sats out of your zbd app to your own wallet/exchange. I've never gotten an email.

1. Are you 100% sure you have a legitimate zbd account. I.e. can you log into the app that you're directed to in game?
2. If you're 100% sure then only transfer out of zbd via zbd
3. When you withdraw from game you're not actually transferring sats. You're requesting zbd to transfer between the game zbd wallet and your zbd wallet. It's all internal and no fees are payable.
4. Delete those emails, don't click any links and don't even open them

Last night I tried a new strat, for me, where I spend all my money leveling up the 1st gem in a level to max. Then add extra miners and more counter space. They all just work on the one gem and build up to like 2-3A. Then unlock the next gem, and just hold the upgrade button until it maxes out. Then spend all the left over money leveling up that gem. Then bank until like 4-5 or 10A. Unlock the next gem, rinse/repeat

Honestly just do a few loops and upgrade items won't take long to be able to clear an entire mine depth in a couple of hours

Also finally got the crown was just spamming hard challenges on repeat after banking loads of gems, much better than spending 300 per item box for the expensive one

So would recommend that for anyone wanting better gear once you can easily clear hard challenge reset constantly for gear boxes

I do the same as Clint. Focus one item, upgrade it as much as possible, buy upgrades, go to 2nd and max it as much as possible and then to first again then upgrades.

You need to physically go to a supported location for it to work. There are exceptions but that's normally when you're close to a border connecting to a cell tower the other side

The withdrawal limit notification isn't part of the errors that come up though. Once you get that notification no matter how many times you try you will still get the notification that you hit the withdrawal limit. I know I shouldnt be at the limit cause I withdraw the same amount around the same time every day. I know the errors youre referencing but for me Im getting a notification saying Im at my limit.

You likely hit the limit.

If you withdraw <(limit) each day then it adds up until the limit is reached. Then the 24hr timer will start.

So you're better off withdrawing your once you reach your limit.

Weird quirk, I think the devs are going to look at it but I doubt it's high on the priority list

I do only withdraw when I get to the max allowed. I was under the impression that the timer was daily as in resets at 00:00 server time daily. If it's 24 hours from when I did my last withdrawal it's possibly I hadn't had my limit by this time yesterday since I had to go grocery shopping haha I'll wait a little bit and try again.

The issues I think are getting worse. As far as i can tell, the cloud servers aren't sending a handshake back to our devices so it can't see a connection and it's popping the errors we're seeing.

It's just taken me pressing continue a whole bunch of times for it to find a connection and withdraw.

The issues are with a supplier though and Fumb are doing what they can but it's out of their hands.
