if you have any problems, you can ping the staff in chat or dm one of them, you'll usually get responses pretty quickly
tbh i don't see why tickets wouldn't be better to have

yeah usually just ping a staff member, we have quite a few that most times youll get a reply pretty quickly. if youd rather, you can just dm one of us, we dont mind =]
hmm... I've never heard of this "Ticket bot"
It's a bot where people can create a new channel that only they and all staff members have access to so they can discuss an issue
I suppose it's a bit better than dm-ing staff because that way all staff members can help with the problem

I mean, you can just send a message/DM (if it is more sensitive/personal?) to a staff member, and then i guess they probably have a private server where they can discuss between them? you just dm one and they basically discuss it between them
Ngl, almost every server I've seen with those have staff that are rather.... Hostile if you don't use the bot and use DMs/Pings, and that alone is enough to make me against it as I worry it could potentially result in a shift in staff behavior regarding being contacted by server members as it has with other servers
It also adds unnecessary extra layers to moderation that also puts a bit of a divide between direct staff and member interactions that I personally dislike
If this was a server with so many people that it needed a constant slow mode or if the server served as a service for a website or game or something where scams and bugs and shops and stuff like that needed reporting, then, yeah, i could see the use in a ticket system, but for a chill server such as this that is simply a community for hanging out it seems... Pointless to me
Additionally, there's no need to fix a system that isn't broken solely for it to match what another server does 
id also like to add on to this, it gives the person with the problem the context when speaking to staff in dm and not just saying the problem
