i believe theres a limit on the amount of things we can have in a list (im assuming youre talking about #old-spoon-jar), if you want to select a colour from the second list but the first one is showing up, go back to the first list and select the colour you already have to remove it, then the second one should show

in your case go to #old-spoon-jar, first list, and select obsidian spoon again, then shulk spoon should show

okay, did a little testing, in order to remove it, you have to meet a few requirements:
if when you go to the channel it looks like the first image, just select it again to remove.
otherwise, if it displays something like the second picture, then you have to reload discord (ctrl+r, or cmd+r on mac) and it will look like the first image. then just select your current one to remove it

to change it to something in the same category, you can just select a different one, and it will handle removing/re-adding

idk what's going on with yall, but on both laptop and phone i get it as the make a selection drop down menu and i just have to choose a different one
