hey, ive got a program that's using a LOT of power on my pc (making the fans ramp up full speed etc) but whenever i open task manager to look at it it instantly goes back to normal. I'm getting SVCHOST popups from my av but it can't seem to do anyhting to remove it think it might be a crypto mining virus but im not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.

SVCHOST itself is not an issue
It's a Windows feature
Why is your AV giving you popups about it? What do they say? What AV do you use?
Also, if this is a program that only runs when the system is in IDLE mode, then taking any action at all will deactivate it
