My computer was running just fine, randomly bsod's, then wouldn't go more than 5 minutes without another bsod. Trying to do a fresh install of Windows 11, but it consistently fails at 11% giving various error codes.
#Memory? BSOD
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Unless my ram just died on me it shouldn't be the sticks, I've tried different sticks in each slot, still crashed
A lot of the error codes reference corrupted or incompatible drivers & files, but all drives are currently empty so it shouldn't be that?
No, they are memory errors
To be fair, most BSOD codes are just different memory errors.
I don't imagine it's likely all my ram sticks crapped out at the same time, could it be the motherboard's memory channels?
Yes, but more likely the storage (page file counts as memory) or the CPU
Which CPU is it?
14700k seated in an asus rog Z790A Gaming II
Did it ever run unpatched?
I goofed and changed two variables at once but it seems like it may have fixed. Changed the ram stick out & tried win10 instead of 11 and it seems to be stable
Nevermind. It was stable for 30min and now spamming IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The error packet is in the Details tab. The RawData column.
And please copy paste this because it's so damn long.
