the artifactings been a thing for mayb about two years? but up until today whenever i turn on my pc itll be heavily artifacted then fade to black in abt 15-60 seconds, i dont oc or tamper with my gpu but i have had it for 7 years now

5600xt rog strix
ryzen 7 5800x
32gb ddr4
650 psu gold

I would first rule out the monitor as being the culprit. That almost looks like a component in the monitor is going bad.
Connect the monitor to another known-good working device, or connect a different monitor (or a TV) to this computer. See if the problem remains with the computer, or follows the monitor.

just tried this, its my monitor booted perfectly fine first try with zero artifacting
