while the 2x16gb kit run in dual channel, the 16gb kit will run in single channel forcing to run in slower speeds

id recommend something with a first word latency of 10ns or less for the best performance, something with 6000 or more transfer speed as well

Its the efficiency of the fans, how quiet it can be and how much air it can pull in
Your fans do not need to be expensive though, most cheap fans work
