upgrade in an old pc

im trying to upgrade an older computer i got, it has a i5 7400 and gtx 1060 and im mainly playing cs2, should i get a rx7600 or upgrade cpu and motherboard?if cpu would be better to upgrade first i would get a 5 500 and a520m-a pro

In general, use msi afterburner to see your gpu utilization. If gpu utilization is floating in the 90s then upgrade gpu. Otherwise, upgrade cpu
