I have a weird problem, when I booted my pc it said it detected a new cpu and I did not change my cpu it recognizes it as the same cpu and when I try login it says a security change has happened and I need to reset my pin but it always shows an error

Then I go through all those steps and it fails

And when I press continue without a pin it sends me back to this menu
