So basically I just upgraded from a 7700x to a 9800x3d, I just flashed the Bios and started the pc.
Long story short I got a red CPU and yellow DRAM debug light, thought it might be Memory Training but after 20 minutes nothing happened, so I’m unsure about that.
I also tried clearing the CMOS by the pins, which I also have no luck with. I’m also waiting again to see if it’s memory training now, but it’s been going for the last 12 Minutes again.
Motherboard would be the B650 tomahawk WiFi by msi and I also can’t get into BIOS. Appreciate all the help
Update: Apparently it’s a ram issue but the problem persists
