Bought a new PC parts all new to build from scratch specs are
-ryzen 5 9600x
-16gb ddr5 6000mhz
-9060xt xfx
-b850 Msi gaming plus
-rx750m psu Corsair

Assembled the pc and have a cpu and ram light. (1) 1 stick of ram was working (2) tried flashing the bios and it failed multiple times (3) repair the ram and it’s not working (4) tried new ram Same issue was happening

Recently unplugged the cpu power cables but this is the board without the gpu

And removed the ram as well

your forge a few power cables+ram it looks like

Yeah this is a more recent photo I took I removed the ram and power cables. When I tested both were plugged in.

dont forget the pcie power

Are we talking about the auxiliary pcie power twords the bottoms of the motherboard ?

And that important usually thought I was used for extra power draw gpu’s. And the manual said it was optional

Using a 9060xt

If the gpu has the connector, it must be plugged in
