You should replace factory AMD cooler with something else, it is good only for compact cases and budget (more of office) processors. If you like AMD, you can get upgraded AMD Wraith Prism cooler that comes with heatpipes and bigger fan. Or use any other tower cooler with at least 3 heatpipes

Keeping temps low will make CPU live longer and fans will be a lot more quiet

i obviously dont know how big is your room but getting a bigger desk is prob the best thing you can do. and cable management pls do that

Oh, i didn't noticed vertical monitor, great for working and scrolling. I'd love to put my secondary monitor vertical too, but factory "leg" doesn't accepts that style of mounting

Clean your room why is there socks inside your desk, also cable management and you dont need the tv that hi also how do you fet to the cupboard
