Hello! I need some help, I run Titus Tweaks on my pc some time ago, I like it and use if ofter, I just remembered about option to connect a phone to the pc by phone link, I want to play with that but it appears that "Some of these settings are managed by your organisation". Most likely tweaks changed registry in a way that blocks me, but I do not know how exactly can i find and disable that one tweak, pls help :<

Its most likely a gp issue (which is just registry)

Those tweaks are causing that message to appear. Reinstall windows and don't use tweaks if you don't want that message.
You can try just disabling the tweaks but it's not guaranteed they go away

You'll either need to undo whatever tweaks were made, restore from a known-good backup before applying the tweaks, or reinstall Windows using the Media Creation Tool, then do not apply any tweaks.
