#Was it worth it

I have to be completely honest... Probably not, just because imo it would make more sense to save some $$ and get a 4080 or 4090 depending on your budget, and perhaps getting two flat screen monitors instead of a curved one, but since you wanted the best of the best, and you had the budget,... I can't argue with this setup 😁🙃
It looks absolutely awesome!
I’m a big cinematic game player and I really wanted to play God of war and Indiana Jones on that monitor at max
Also watching movies and anime on that thing is so good
Can't argue with that! My opinion strictly comes from my budget perspective
Yeah, I can see where you’re coming from but ever since I’ve seen the ram prices go up I decided to go full on out and get something that’ll last a handful of years
Makes sense. And yeah, ram prices are insane right now...
It’s also crazy that after I bought it like a week after nvidia came out with the whole cutting their GPU production in half
Sweet. I was thinking about getting a GPU myself, but since they're so expensive and I already have a 4060 MAX-Q that I'm just fine with, I think I'll wait until the market comes down a bit :D.
Let’s hope to God that the AI bubble bursts so we can get cheap PC parts again, bro 🙏
Also would like to ask, I didn’t sell my old laptop. I decided to completely refurbish it myself by doing a full reinstall of windows and cleaning the inside. I’m planning to give it to my girlfriend as a late Christmas gift. Do you think she would be happy with a used laptop?
I would say it depends on your girlfriend. If she likes gaming and wants more out of her current computer, and your laptop is better, by all means, I think she would like it. If not, perhaps there's another use for it somewhere else
Im mostly concerned with the used aspect i only really see people gift new tech as gifts
Yeah I don't know. I've had a couple laptops gifted to me over time, and I'd like them myself. Probably just depends from person to person
Ok thanks bro
