Hi, this is my first time building my own computer and i need help picking out parts. I want to try to build one myself but i don't have the extensive hardware knowledge a lot of people have here. It'll be used for high framerate gaming at 2K using cachyos or some other linux 'gaming' distro but should also be able to handle tasks like video editing every once in a while.

formd t1 is cool but its hard to get ahold of
so probably that one
And how much is this case?

Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Radeon RX 7900 XT, FormD T1 V2.1 CNC Anodized Mini ITX Desktop
A quick list I threw together

Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Radeon RX 9070 XT, FormD T1 V2.1 Aluminum Coated Mini ITX Desktop
is what i would say
That ram choice is ass
The ram I put is unavailable smh
Also, that SSD
Does it have DRAM?
And is it TLC?
Also, why a 9070 XT?
You're paying more for the same performance
thank you guys so much
dram doesn’t fucking matter at all?
It does at $2k budget imo
what is this AI generated slop

no. it does not
because it doesn’t matter?
it’s similar hardware to the nm790
in games it’ll perform the exact same as an sn850x or something
because the 7900xt has an abysmal featureset compared to the 9070xt
fsr3.1, shitty rt, no ray reconstruction
why pay for worse
which the 9070xt is also better at
^
ah yeah a screenshot with no link to the source
i’ll totally trust that over this
