Hello i need a help cause im planning to upgrade my platform but ram prices spike started me wonder if i should change cpu on my current motherboard instead of upgrading to am5 for now. Currently im running r5 5600 paired with rtx 5070, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz and playing in 3440x1440 resolution. Ive seen that the best cpu that i could slot in is r7 5700x3d but is it really worth it?.

Because the 5700x3d, is worth it imo but lets see what we can do

Im not super tight on budget and if i would be able to buy some used ddr5 kit for decent price then il invest into r7 7800x3d combo

From what i see 16gb ddr5 6000mhz goes for about 100-120€ here
