I need help i just realized i cant mount my new monitor on my arms and that i need an adapter it has a round mount but i have a vesa mount i think can someone recommend adapter?

Okay it says it includes a vesa mount kit depending on region. Check your monitor box thoroughly

One idea is to butcher the stand for the monitor, and somehow bolt it to the vesa mount
