My headset's mic (HyperX cloud s) are really quiet and in most situations even mute but all my settings that i know of even on the hyper x app are maxed out on the microphone. Any ideas how to fix that or how to fix that please let me know!

Pull of the mic cover and check if the mic is pointed the correct way.
