#Micro-stutters after GPU upgrade

Hi,

I'm not a huge gamer but I play Rocket League and CS2. My PC was the following 1 month ago:
i5-9600K
B360M
32 Go DDR4 2666MT/s
GeForce GTX 1650 4GB (no extra-power needed)
24" 1920*1080 60Hz monitor

I upgraded my monitor last month to a AOC 180Hz (1080) and I was playing my games with a 120fps cap (to not abuse the GTX 1650).
Today I just got a RTX 3050 (8GB). Not a huge upgrade — I know —, but I set Rocket League to go up to 180fps but now I'm getting micro-stutters even not neither my CPU or GPU are maxxed (under taskmgr) .

I think the culprit might be the platform + RAM now... which I don't plan to upgrade, but maybe there is something that I missed?
Taking all ideas. Thanks

Even when limitating to 120fps like when I was my GTX1650, I get sutters 🙁

Did you install new drivers or just slap the card in? Either way, ddu them and try again

If you do, turn it off entirelly under nvidia app. Turn off vsync if you also have that on. Then cap fps to like 160, 144, 120, whatever, and see if that fixes it in those games.
