I almost broke the latch, the pins that are holding it are so tight that it doesn't move

It was very easy on my old board

Some black thing right behind the latch, some foam that is so packed I can hardly move the latch

couldn't get it out so I used the pins to clear it

it was stuck

I pulled it out on many boards, this one was stuck
