Secure Boot Error with Battlefield 6

I didnt try a BIOS update (and i dont want to have him do one cause that might just go terribly wrong) but have a feeling that could also be a fix??

secure boot is not active...
you will need to restore factory keys...

i did that

i had him click restore factory keys

and then it just opens the disabled/enabled secure boot menu insteaf of confirming it actually did anything

only that shows up

i could try again later but hes not gonna be home for a couple hours

I think...either he made a mistake... pressing the wrong option...or the restore factory key option is greyed out...

If its greyed out....then they need to do something else...

i had him do it again

its doing exactly as i said again

it was greyed out

i had him change the mode to custom and it became highlighted, even though it looks like it was already highlighted from the start oddly
