Looks solid, but go for a better case for cheaper. My best recommendation for a case for cheap are the Corsair Frame 4000D and a few others, but especially the Lian Li Lancool 207. It's like USD 80 and one of the best performers. And I would recommend going with an Arctic Liquid Freezer, but as you are running a 7800X3D, a Scythe Fuma 3 or Thermalright Peerless Assassin or a similar dual tower aircooler would be great, as it's cheaper and less maintenance.

It's quite good with that as long as your RAM isn't huge. Look it up online, I can't tell you for sure

The RAM you had on your list is really good. I would recommend going for low-latency 6000MT/s RAM
