Currently looking at this part list, some parts are cheaper in my country(croatia). Would like some advice about if i chose a good psu and if everying will work nicely. I will get most parts on amazon de since cheaper that way.

Looks solid, but go for a better case for cheaper. My best recommendation for a case for cheap are the Corsair Frame 4000D and a few others, but especially the Lian Li Lancool 207. It's like USD 80 and one of the best performers. And I would recommend going with an Arctic Liquid Freezer, but as you are running a 7800X3D, a Scythe Fuma 3 or Thermalright Peerless Assassin or a similar dual tower aircooler would be great, as it's cheaper and less maintenance.

You can straight up go with the O11 series. Most of the O11-style dual-chamber designs are quite expensive tho.
You might like the Montech King 95 Pro and King Air (I believe they are called that). They are about USD 100.

It's quite good with that as long as your RAM isn't huge. Look it up online, I can't tell you for sure
