Getting some upgrades, what should I do?

So I'm moving from a 4060 to a 4090, a 7600x to a 7950x, and also hoping to get a new case. My main question is what PSU will I need and what case you guys think I should get (love those curves glass ones that go over the top, my fav so far is the montech king 95 ultra)? I realise it's going to get pricey pretty damn fast if I want a new case too. If my 850W PSU will cut it that'll be ideal.

So a 7950x actually performs worse than a 7800X3D in gaming just to let you know

Also, you’d have to buy the 4090 used
