I believe my bcd file is corrupted since I'm not able to boot into windows on my main drive, but when I use a windows installation media usb to repair the file the drive that its in doesn't show up even though its there in the BIOS. What should I do?

Is your main drive a raid array or a single drive?
Installer usually can't see raid arrays without manually loading drivers
