6000 MTs is the Baseline for AMD, this CPU can do atleast 8000 Mts no issues

Why an 5070TI? 9070XT is the go to for gaming unless you need CUDA (please dont tell me about RT)

265K is an okay choice, 7800X3D is aswell, if youre already in favour of the Intel i wont talk you out of it

A 240mm AIO aint that much better than an air cooler, i recommend the Liquid Freezer 3 Pro 360mm, best AIO on the market RN

Cant say much on that Z890, most likely fine, Asrock got cheaper ones for sure

Without even looking at your market i now theres much cheaper SSDs than the Fury Renegade

For refference, my 6950XT, a card now over 3 years old, still runs everything, even AAA at 1440p with no upscaling needed, i think 5 years minimum at 1080p no AI is very much realistic to expect
